Position: Marketing Coordinator UK – Full Time
Preactor International Limited is seeking to appoint a UK based Marketing Coordinator to strengthen our existing sales and marketing team. Based in Chippenham, the person would be expected to have extensive experience in this role, be creative and have good writing skills to generate web site content, case studies and press releases. Experience in the manufacturing sector would be an advantage though not essential. The role of the job will be as follows:-
Responsible to: Head of Global Marketing & Communication (HGMC)
1. To work with HGMC and other members of the Marketing Team to develop the global marketing and communication strategy and execute this strategy in the UK and other English speaking countries when requested.
2. Suggest and engage marketing campaigns to develop the global brand of the company and increase the sales in coordination with the global marketing team, the suppliers and the sales teams in the UK and other English speaking countries when requested (subsidiaries and partners).
3. To create and coordinate the release of press materials and other promotional activities in the UK and other English speaking countries when requested to promote maximum visibility of Preactor and its products. This to include:-
- Development of press releases and press reports to support sales and to promote the actions in which the group will be engaged
- Advise and assist our partners and subsidiaries in their processes of communications
- Increase and support relationships with the press to promote additional editorial, interviews and articles in the UK
- Increase our database of press contacts in the UK
- Develop regular campaigns to maintain the level of visibility of Preactor to prospects, customers and partners
- Develop and execute customer programs to increase customer awareness of new products and functionalities,
4. To negotiate with UK companies with regard to advertising spend in the UK and recommend the opportunities available.
5. To create case studies from companies in the UK and other English speaking countries where appropriate.
6. To assist the Marketing Coordinator, North America with the creation of press releases, cases studies and other activities when requested by COO of Preactor North America.
7. To work with the Global Partner Manager to support marketing and sales activities with partners in the UK and other English speaking countries.
8. To advise and assist the Internet Marketing Manager with the development of appropriate web based activities including:-
- Websites (including content)
- Google Adwords
- Search Engine Optimisation
- Social networks
9. To advise and assist Internet Marketing Manager with the development of appropriate sales collateral including brochures, presentations and Partner and End User Newsletters.
10. To coordinate UK events and lead generation including:-
- Organisation of seminars, conferences, webinars, product launches
- Work with UK sales teams (partners and PI staff) to coordinate sales activities
- Development of measurements to track and manage campaign success
